    VacayStyle will email you a tracking number as soon as your package goes out so you will know exactly when to expect it. If your international location is not listed above, please email us at info@vacaystyle.com and we will make arrangements to fulfill your order. 

    International Orders

    Please include your local phone number AND use your physical address (please no PO Boxes). If you use a PO Box, it might significantly delay your order. And if you have any concerns about which size to order please email us at info@vacaystyle.com. Since return and exchanging shipping is not free, we want to make sure your order is perfect from the start. 

    Returns

    Return shipping within the United States is FREE on all orders regular price or discounted up to 30% off. Items sold at a promotional discount of more than 30% off may be returned (unless otherwise noted on the offer), however return shipping is not free. VacayStyle accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused product within 14 days of delivery. We want you to love everything as much as we do so we make returning or exchanging as easy as possible. 

     

    Please email us at info@vacaystyle.com and we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Just attach the label to the original box and drop it off at your local post office. Once we receive the package, we will refund your original method of payment. Vacay will also pay one round of the shipping on exchanges for regular priced merchandise.  Any orders discounted 30% or more, is not eligible for free exchange shipping. 

       

    Items in our SALE section may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days. Sale items do not qualify for free return shipping. Items at markdown purchased with an additional promotional code are considered final sale. Items that are marked CLEARANCE are final sale only.

       

    International returns and exchanges are not free. Please email us at info@vacaystyle.com before placing your order if you have any questions and we will do our best to make sure your order is perfect.
