    Shipping within the United States

    We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Please see all shipping options in the chart below.                                                                                 

     

    International Orders

    Vacay is happy to ship anywhere in the world. If you do not see your location in the chart below or at checkout, just email us at info@vacaystyle.com and we will add your destination to our system.

    

    Please include your local phone number AND use your physical address (please no PO Boxes). If you use a PO Box, it might significantly delay your order. And if you have any concerns about which size to order please email us at info@vacaystyle.com. We want to make sure your order is perfect from the start. 

                                                                  

    Exchanges and Returns

    We want your order to be perfect and for you to be 100% happy. If you wish to exchange or return anything from your order, please email us at info@vacaystyle.com. Vacay accepts exchanges or returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused product within 14 days of delivery.                                                                                                                                                                          

    Return shipping is not complimentary. However, we do offer complimentary shipping and return on your first exchange. Additional exchange shipping will not be complimentary. For your convenience, Vacay can create a return label and deduct the cost from your total refund amount.       

                                                                                     

    Items in our sale section may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days but not returned for a refund. Sale items do not qualify for free return or exchange shipping. Items in our sale section marked as Final Sale are non-returnable. Items in our sale section purchased with an additional promotional discount code are considered final sale and may not be returned.
